<br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all easements, agreements and other <br />documents and to take all other actions as may be necessary for the City to grant easements and to <br />receive conveyance of parcel 00437455701200, all as described in the Recitals above. All such <br />easements, agreements, and documents shall be as approved by the City’s Real Property Manager and <br />approved as to form by the Office of the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
