Documentation should be submitted for review demonstrating that the new unit does <br /> not increase the previously permitted loading condition on the roof by more than 5%. The weight of all <br /> accessory components (e.g., mounting curbs, operating weight with fluid, etc.) should be included. If the <br /> load increase exceeds 5%, a structural analysis of the supporting framing is required.
