Post-closure plan dated October 2013 The permit may be suspended or revoked according to the terms set forth in section XII herein. If the permit is suspended or revoked, the permittee may appeal the action according to the terms of the permit and RCW 70.95.210. This permit is transferable only upon prior written approval of the jurisdictional health department. The prospective transferee must demonstrate its ability to comply with laws, regulations and permit conditions. The permit shall be reviewed annually and reissued by the expiration date in conformance with Section I herein.
