The necessary cost of impound- <br /> ing any such unlawful vehicle and any cost for the storage and <br /> keeping thereof shall be paid by the owner thereof. The pro- <br /> visions of this section shall not be construed to prevent the <br /> operation of any such defective vehicle to a place for correct 'on <br /> of equipment defect in the manner directed by any peace office <br /> or representative of the State Con_.mission of Equipment . <br /> Section 9: That Ordinance ' o. 2734 of the City o <br /> Everett, entitled as above set Forth, be , and the same is heresy <br /> amended by addin thereto a section to be known as Section 63, <br /> which section shall read as follows: <br /> Section 63: It shall be unlawful for any operator <br /> of any vehicle , other than an authorized emergncy vehicle on <br /> official business, to follow any fire apparatus proceeding in <br /> response to a fire alarm at a distance of less than Five <br /> Hundred ( 500) feet , or drive or park such vehicle within Two <br /> Hundred ( 200 ) feet of fire apparatus stopped in answer to a file <br /> alarm. <br /> Section 10 : That Ordinance 2734 of the City of <br /> Everett , entitled as above set forth, be, and the same is hereby <br /> amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 64, <br /> which section shall read as follows: <br /> -3- <br />
