November 9, 2022 <br />3 <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member <br />Tuohy, who was excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall provided an update on the Redistricting process. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br />approve the following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7831 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in <br />the amount of $993,157.04 for the period of October 22, 2022, through <br />October 28, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7832 authorizing payroll claims against the City of <br />Everett in the amount of $4,492,182.55 for the period ending October 22, 2022. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT – RESIDENCY VERIFICATION PROGRAM SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with <br />Snohomish County regarding the sex offender address and residency <br />verification program services, allowing the Everett Police Department to accept <br />and utilize the funds in the amount of $101,000. <br /> <br />
