STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing site conditions: <br />The existing site is consisted of a single family residence with detached garage and <br />driveway and associated walkways. On -site vegetation consisted of scattered shrubs, <br />small landscaping trees, and lawn. No other structures exist on the future east lot. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />The site is moderately sloped from west to the east with an approximate slope of 3.5 <br />percent. The Cypress Street slopes towards south and E Beech Street slope is towards <br />east. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />On -site hard surfaces include the existing house, detached garage, concrete driveway, <br />and concrete walkways. The off -site areas along Cypress Street is covered with gravel. <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity ft2): <br />The on -site vegetation consisted of scattered shrubs, small landscaping trees, and lawn. <br />The overall on -site pervious area is 5,001 sf.
