Project summary statement: The amendment modifies the Agreement by extending the term in Section 3 through September 1, 2025 and adding to Section 4(B) a fee schedule outlining the cost for professional services through September 1, 2025. The amendment also changes the provisions in Section 6 to allow the City to make request in writing to change the scope of services performed by Alliant Insurance Services.
