If vibrations and noise are not a concern in that part of the <br /> building,crews will use a conventional concrete breaker to <br /> break up the slab at a reduce cost. <br /> If vibrations and noise are a concern,the concrete will be saw <br /> cut into 3 ft x 3 ft squares and removed in sections.There will <br /> be some concrete breaking needed to break up the cement <br /> treated sub base. <br /> All excavation equipment will be Tier 4 diesel units. <br /> Hoffman will work 1st or 2"d shift as needed to support <br /> manufacturing requirements. <br /> The spoils will be loaded directly into dump trucks that will be <br /> driven through the West Mega door.
