City of Everett 00 73 00 - 1 <br /> ' Water Filter Plant Portal 4 Improvements WO#3755 <br /> SECTION 00 73 00 -SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> ' A. The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract: <br /> PART 2 -STORAGE, STAGING AND DUMPSTER AREAS <br /> 2.1 Location:Contractor will be responsible for storage of materials and equipment prior to <br /> commencing installation phase. Staging of material and equipment during construction <br /> phase will be located in designated areas and not interfere with water filter plant <br /> operations. Available space within the immediate area where work is to be performed <br /> will be available for the contractor to stage material. <br /> 2.2 The contractor shall be responsible for the provisions for a dumpster(s). Location of a <br /> dumpster shall be located within the staging area described above. Should a dumpster <br /> not be possible due to site access limitations the contractor shall be responsible for an <br /> alternate means of waste disposal. <br /> PART 3 -SITE ACCESS & SECURITY <br /> 3.1 Access: <br /> A. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access into facility by City's representative or <br /> ' be issued a key as necessary. <br /> B. The Contractor shall maintain conditions of access roads to Project Site(s) such that <br /> access is not hindered as the result of construction related deterioration. <br /> C. The Contractor shall maintain access for delivery trucks, logging trucks, plant personnel, <br /> and authorized third parties at all times, unless discussed and otherwise approved by <br /> Owner. <br /> D.
