In December <br />2019, Amendment No. 1 was approved which increased the number of jurors provided <br />by the Superior Court from 13 to 18. <br />The 2017 agreement expires December 31, 2022. The City and the Superior Court desire <br />to extend the term of the agreement to December 31, 2024, by entering into <br />Amendment No. 2. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to extend the term of the agreement <br />between the City of Everett and Snohomish County Superior Court for jury management <br />services to December 31, 2024. <br />
