600 Ninth Ave Apts il COAST <br /> terms and conditions of this addendum. <br /> STANDARD PARKING POLICIES <br /> 1. Residents agree vehicle(s) must be registered and insured as required by state and local law. Inoperable and/or illegally <br /> parked vehicles will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. <br /> 2. Vehicles must be operating on a weekly basis. Inoperable vehicles are considered but not limited to those vehicles not <br /> driven regularly,those with flat tires, not mechanically fit or properly registered. <br /> 3. Auto repairs are not permitted on the premises. <br /> 4. Music and noise from vehicles must be kept at a minimum to avoid disturbing other residents. <br /> 5. Residents are responsible for maintaining the parking stalls free of oil spills or other fluid leaks. <br /> 6. Parking spaces may not be used for storage of any kind. <br /> 7. Guest parking is limited to: Open uncovered spaces, Street Parking, Off Premises, Designated Guest Parking, <br /> Parking Garage,and By Permit. <br /> 8. Vehicles stopped, parked or double parked in handicap spaces (without displaying appropriate permits), fire hydrant <br /> restricted areas, non-designated parking areas, red zones, other residents' assigned spaces or rental office parking may <br /> be subject to citations and/or towing at the vehicle owner's expense, as allowed by applicable law. <br /> 9. Assigned spaces can be changed at any time at the discretion of Owner. Residents must use their assigned spaces before <br /> using any non-assigned spaces. <br /> 10.Speed limits are 5 miles per hour miles per hour throughout the community. <br /> 11. Residents acknowledge that Owner does not provide insurance to cover vehicles or their contents. <br /> STANDARD GARAGE POLICIES <br /> 1. Residents agree to utilize the premises for the parking of one automobile(s). Residents are not permitted to utilize the <br /> premises for storage of any personal property other than the vehicle(s)designated in this Addendum. Residents must use <br /> the premises as their primary parking area. <br /> 2. The garage door is to be secured closed and locked when Residents are not present. <br /> 3. The premises may not be used as a place of occupancy, for loitering, entertaining or the consumption of alcoholic <br /> beverages. <br /> 4. Residents must maintain premises in a safe and clean condition. <br /> 5. Residents acknowledge that the garage does not include a smoke/carbon monoxide detector unless required by law. <br /> 6. Items that pose an environmental hazard or a risk to the safety or health of other residents, occupants, or neighbors in <br /> Owner's sole judgment or that violate any government regulation may not be stored in the garage area. Prohibited items <br /> include fuel (other than a properly capped fuel tank of a vehicle),fireworks, rags, piles of paper, or other material that may <br /> create a fire or environmental hazard. Owner may remove from such areas, without prior notice, items that Owner believes <br /> might constitute a fire or environmental hazard. <br /> 7. Owner reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time for emergency or for the purpose of compliance with the <br /> terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> 8.
