Instructions to Respondents ♦ Submission of Response ➢ Only sealed responses will be accepted. Faxed or electronically transmitted responses will not be accepted. ➢ Sealed responses may be submitted on any or all items, unless stated otherwise. Region 14 ESC reserves the right to reject or accept any response. ➢ Deviations to the terms, conditions and/or specifications shall be conspicuously noted in writing by the respondent and shall be included with the response. ➢ Withdrawal of response will not be allowed for a period of 120 days following the opening. Pricing will remain firm for 120 days from submittal. ♦ Required Proposal Format ➢ Responses shall be provided in a three-ring binder or report cover using 8.5 x 11 paper clearly identified with the name of Respondents company and solicitation responding to on the outside front cover and vertical spine. Two (2) bound and signed copies of the proposals and Two (2) electronic copies on flash drives (i.e. pin or jump drives) shall be provided. Tabs should be used to separate the proposal into sections, as identified below.
