ORDINANCE NO. <br />EVERETT <br />WASHINGTON <br />An Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Edgewater Park Renovation", Fund <br />354, Program 084, to accumulate all costs for the project. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain and improve City Park amenities. <br />B. The City Council recognizes the value and need to provide Everett residents and visitors with open <br />recreation spaces. <br />C. The City recognizes that the many of the park amenities have reached the end of their useful life <br />and requires replacement and renovation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. A special improvement project fund is hereby entitled "Edgewater Park Renovation", <br />Fund 354, Program 084. <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Department Director under <br />the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all <br />necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. The estimated cost for design is $160,000. <br />Section 4. The sum of $150,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 084, "Edgewater <br />Park Renovation" project. <br />A.
