<br />and provide an engaged, consultative sales approach. With 16 US distribution facilities, SYNNEX gets the
<br />right products to market quickly and cost-effectively. Our model streamlines business processes to help
<br />resellers lower their costs and create greater efficiencies. We provide a variety of professional and
<br />marketing services, including: demand generation, education and training, pre- and post -sale technical
<br />support, end -user enablement, server assessment, design and integration, recycling and trade-in, and IT

<br />SYNNEX offers a variety of services to our customers. The three major categories of services include the
<br />following:
<br />Distribution Services. SYNNEX 's distribution services segment distributes a broad line of IT products,
<br />including IT systems, peripherals, system components, software and networking equipment for leading
<br />IT OEM suppliers, enabling us to offer comprehensive solutions to our reseller and retail customers. Our
<br />reseller customers include value-added resellers, or VARs, corporate resellers, government resellers,
<br />system integrators, direct marketers and retailers. We distribute more than 2,000,000 technology
<br />products from leading IT OEM partners to more than 25,000 resellers throughout the United States,
<br />Canada and Mexico. We combine our core strength in distribution with our service model to provide our
<br />customers greater efficiencies in time to market, cost minimization, real time linkages in the supply
<br />chain and aftermarket product support.
<br />Contract Assembly Services. SYNNEX offers contract assembly services to original equipment
