t • <br /> FINAL <br /> DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br /> SEPA18-005 <br /> Description of Proposal:The proposed action is the construction of a contractor's yard for the <br /> processing, storage, and sales of recycled concrete material with truck scales, concrete processing <br /> equipment, and an approximate 12-foot tall, 840 square foot office building. An office and shop <br /> building up to 30,000 square feet and up to 40 feet tall is proposed to be constructed at a later date. <br /> The site will be filled with approximately 30,000 to 50,000 cubic yards of material. Off-site <br /> improvements include the extension of Railway Avenue and a storm water conveyance pipe. The <br /> proposed action requires a Special Property Use permit and a shoreline permit. This determination assumes compliance with State law and City ordinances related <br /> to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement <br /> requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental <br /> checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public <br /> on request.
