All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or season problems,the ground must be covered with <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 9. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br /> and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. The water main extension in Railway Ave shall be 12-inch diameter since the proposed site is <br /> industrial. <br /> 11.The domestic service meter shall be located in a vault at the edge of the right-of-way. An RPBA is <br /> required on the domestic service for premise protection on this site, and shall be located in an <br /> above-ground hot-box if the connection from the main to the building is greater than 70ft. <br /> 12. The irrigation service meter shall be located in a vault at the edge of the right-of-way. A DCVA is <br /> required on the irrigation service and shall be located in an underground vault. <br /> 13.The proposed force main will cross the existing 72-inch Snohomish River Interceptor and 42-inch <br /> Effluent transfer pipeline. Locate, pothole, and survey to determine the depth and location of <br /> these pipes at the crossings. On the construction plans, show the pipes in plan and profile for the <br /> proposed force main pipe. Notify City of Everett prior to potholing activity (Brian Doolan at 425- <br /> 257-8828), and coordinate with City representatives, who shall be present during potholing of <br /> these pipes. <br /> 14. Show proposed utility easement for future force main on the construction plans. <br /> 15. The Interwest Construction property shall have its own separate private force main pipe (separate <br /> from those of adjacent properties). Provide information on the route of the private sewer force <br /> main on future submittals for review. Coordinate the design of the force main tie-in to the South <br /> End Interceptor with the City (and with Penske). The tap connection to the access riser shall be <br /> sized for the future City lift station force main. Confirm sizing with the City. Extend the City force <br /> main 80ft to the east and connect private force mains to the City force main. The Interwest <br /> Construction site shall have its own separate private force main pipe. Provide an isolation valve <br /> and blind flange on the City force main for future extension to the future City lift station. <br /> 16. If the proposed use of the site qualifies as a "High Use Site" as defined in the City of Everett Surface <br /> Water Management Manual (SWMM), oil control measures will be required. <br /> 17. Extend the storm drain from Railway Ave north and follow the east property line the entire length <br /> of the property. The storm drain shall flow north and cross the City property from the north east <br /> corner of the project site and connect to the existing 30" outfall. Direct site drainage to this storm <br />
