<br />2. EXISTING ELEMENTS SHALL BE PROTECTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE TO
<br />REDUCE SUCH DAMAGE_ TO A MINIMUM.
<br />3. ALL ELEMENTS OF THE STRUCTURE THAT ARE TO REMAIN AND WHICH ARE DAMAGED
<br />DURING DEMOLITION WORK SHALL BE REPLACED AT NO ADDED COST.
