<br /> 26 <br />ARTICLE 18 - COURT TIME <br /> <br />The City shall grant leave with pay to any member of the bargaining unit for the period of time such <br />member is to appear before a court, judge, justice, magistrate, or coroner as a plaintiff, defendant, or <br />witness due to the performance of his/her duties as an employee. Any off-duty member so required to <br />appear shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the overtime rate or the actual time involved at <br />the overtime rate, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />Any off-duty member required to communicate over the phone or video conference shall receive a <br />minimum of 30 minutes pay at OT rate or the actual time involved in the call /video, whichever is greater, <br />must provide 3rd party documentation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
