<br /> 33 <br />ARTICLE 22 - LIABILITY COVERAGE <br /> <br /> <br />The City shall provide legal defense and pay valid judgments and claims, consistent with City Ordinance <br />No. 287-74, or as hereafter amended, for every member of the bargaining unit arising out of or incident to <br />conduct occurring while the member was performing official duties within the scope of his/her City <br />employment. The City must defend and indemnify the employee for all acts within the scope of their <br />employment. <br /> <br />
