<br />  <br />City of Everett <br />Community Development Block Grant Program Agreement <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Either party may <br />request modifications in the scope of services, project duration, performance or reporting <br />standards, or other terms or conditions herein. Proposed modifications, which are mutually agreed <br />upon, shall be incorporated by written amendment to this contract signed by both parties. The City <br />and Subrecipient agree that this Agreement shall be modified if necessary, to achieve compliance <br />with HUD requirements. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same <br />document.
