National Objectives <br /> <br />The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br />meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br />2022 Program Year, ”Benefit low/moderate income persons” - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> <br />Appropriate subcategory and matrix code under the CDBG National Objectives: <br />Limited Clientele; 05D, Youth Services 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR <br />570.482(c)(2) <br /> <br />Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: Cocoon House Transitions serves <br />youth under the age of eighteen. One hundred percent of clients have no income or <br />extremely low income. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C. Performance Monitoring <br /> <br />The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards <br />required herein through quarterly reports and on-site and/or virtual site visits. Substandard <br />performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. If action <br />to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period <br />of time, as determined by the City and after being notified by the City, contract suspension or <br />termination procedures will be initiated. <br />
