September 2022 <br />Anticipated Contract Term <br />1 year with continuous one-year renewal options <br />at the sole discretion of the City of Everett to <br />allow for additional phases of tree inventory <br />work to be completed as well as software <br />renewals. <br />E-mailed or delivered Proposals are acceptable. <br />Submit Proposals to: <br />E-mail: bids@everettwa.gov OR <br />Delivery: Procurement, 2930 Wetmore Ave, Suite 9E, Everett, WA 98201 <br />Delivered proposals are accepted Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 p.m. excluding city observed <br />holidays. If providing paper copies, clearly label the outside of the sealed envelope containing the original <br />proposal response plus six (6) complete identical copies with the Proposal Name, Proposal Number, and contact <br />information listed above.
