Page 19 of 31 <br />3.5 INTERVIEWS <br />The City of Everett may request interviews with the highest-ranked supplier(s). The purpose of the <br />interview, if held, will be to further review the finalist(s) in specific areas to determine which proposal <br />provides the best fit and value to the City of Everett. Finalist(s) must have key employees available for <br />these interviews. The City of Everett will notify the finalist(s) as to the time, date, and location for an <br />interview or conference call. <br />
