I <br /> EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> The proposed project is located at 220 Olympic Boulevard in Everett, Washington (Snohomish <br /> ICounty) and consists of a single parcel, #00606200004102,totaling approximately 2.26 acres.The <br /> site is currently occupied by a multi-tenant commercial retail building, produce stand, espresso <br /> stand, and associated parking lot. There are no trees on-site.There are no known critical areas <br /> Ionsite; however, the culverted Dogwood Elm Creek runs beneath the project site entering at a <br /> manhole in the southeast corner, traversing through two manholes in the middle of the site, and <br /> 1 exiting to the northwest.The culverted creek will remain in place and the project does not propose <br /> disturbing or altering the culverted creek in any way. <br /> I Additionally, the site is listed in the Washington Department of Ecology Confirmed and Suspected <br /> Contaminated Sites List database.
