I
I
OFFSITE ANALYSIS
ITASK 1: STUDY AREA DEFINITION AND MAPS
Available resources such as the survey and topographic maps were utilized to prepare the
I downstream analysis. The study area extended beyond the required 1/4-mile downstream of the
project site. The conveyance system impacted by this development have been investigated.
I Figure 8 shows the general location of the critical areas relative to the proposed project site as
designated on the City of Everett Critical Areas Map. There are no known critical areas onsite;
however, the culverted Dogwood Elm Creek runs beneath the project site entering at a manhole in
the southeast corner, traversing through two manholes in the middle of the site, and exiting to the
northwest. The culverted creek will remain in place and the project does not propose disturbing or
altering the culverted creek in any way.
I
Additionally, the project site is listed in the Washington Department of Ecology Confirmed and
Suspected Contaminated Sites List database. The contaminated soil and groundwater conditions are
Idetailed in the Draft Cleanup Action Plan by Terracon, dated March 18, 2020. See Appendix B for
the Draft Cleanup Action Plan.
e LL' '
l
"Z" ,..</or ,,, N ,---,
qi
1/4 0`o J•'7 ' 4.4,1I'' .4a,1i,
'i j'
. 7•$2
Q im=I ""---N<:Li(bt.
r
PROJECT . .
