• Provide an operational and working solution that meets the City's requirements. <br />• Provide annual support and maintenance. <br />• Provide full and complete training on the use of the solution. <br />• Provide all technical and user documentation. <br />• Provide licenses and access. <br />• Provide storage solutions for the aggregated data. <br />The supplier is responsible for addressing data errors and issues and providing an acceptable response <br />time for detecting, acknowledging, and fixing errors. The supplier must include their standard response <br />time and procedures in their bid. <br />2.16 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City of Everett will be responsible for the following: <br />• Coordinate with awarded supplier for digital information display installation. <br />• Coordinate with awarded supplier for software implementation. <br />• Monitor and review the supplier's performance, reports, and data provided under this contract. <br />• Provide system configuration requirements. <br />• Schedule training. <br />• Provide additional hardware and resources, if needed. <br />2.17 QUANTITIES <br />The quantities listed in the price sheet are expressly agreed to be an estimated usage only. Nothing will <br />bind the City of Everett to purchase any specified number of parts. It is also understood that the City of <br />Everett will not be obligated to purchase or pay for any items until ordered and received by the city. The <br />city reserves the right to order and receive quantities as needed. <br />2.18 CONTRACT CHANGES <br />The City of Everett reserves the right to make changes, additions to, or deductions from these <br />specifications, provided that they conform to the general scope of the digital information displays and <br />content management software. The supplier will not affect any change without the prior written approval <br />of the City of Everett. In the event of a change, the City will provide the supplier with a thirty (30) day <br />written notice of such change. <br />2.19 PRICING ADJUSTMENTS <br />Prices must remain firm for the duration of the initial contract period. Reasonable price changes based on market <br />conditions and price or cost analysis may be made after the initial contract period. The supplier must supply <br />documentation satisfactory to the City of Everett, such as documented changes to the Producers Price Index for <br />the commodity, the Consumer Price Index for the Seattle -Tacoma -Bellevue area, or a manufacturer's published <br />modification of price change(s). <br />Page 16 of 42 <br />
