2.12 SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE TESTING The supplier must explain how the proposed hardware and software would be inspected and tested to ensure that it meets the RFP specifications on Form 4.03 Questionnaire. The following information must be included in the test plans: • Testing schedules. • Identification of all tests to be performed, the purpose of each test, and the identification of the functional requirement(s) being tested. • Identification of hardware and software to be tested. 111)- • Description of testing procedures. • Description of measures of effectiveness or pass/fail criteria. tIN • Description of the methods and equipment used to record the test and test results. • Description of the corrective actions and re -testing procedures. • Identification of special testing conditions. The Project Manager or designee reserves the right to witness any or all tests, without charge, and include a check for compliance with all requirements set forth in this document and the resulting contract. The supplier will provide reasonable notification to the Project Manager or designee of all tests no less than five (5) business days. 2.13 SYSTEM ROLES AND PERMISSIONS &F The City would like to have separate roles and permissions depending on the internal user. At a minimum, similar to: • Standard User: The user can view and edit the content of the information template, such as customer alerts. • Editor: Standard user and the user can add documents, change layout and layout settings, add information to standard or custom templates, and change the source of schedule data from GTFS-RT to GTFS. • Administrator: Editor + the user has the ability to change delegations, restrict or provide access, or add users. 2.14 REQUIRED LICENSES Pricing must be provided for full and complete access for a minimum of ten (10) users starting at the initial implementation of the software. The City reserves the right to request additional users throughout the duration of the contract. 2.15 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES The successful supplier will be responsible for the following: • System configuration, if applicable.
