2.12 SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE TESTING <br />The supplier must explain how the proposed hardware and software would be inspected and tested to <br />ensure that it meets the RFP specifications on Form 4.03 Questionnaire. The following information must <br />be included in the test plans: <br />• Testing schedules. <br />• Identification of all tests to be performed, the purpose of each test, and the identification of the <br />functional requirement(s) being tested. <br />• Identification of hardware and software to be tested. <br />111)- <br />• Description of testing procedures. <br />• Description of measures of effectiveness or pass/fail criteria. tIN <br />• Description of the methods and equipment used to record the test and test results. <br />• Description of the corrective actions and re -testing procedures. <br />• Identification of special testing conditions. <br />The Project Manager or designee reserves the right to witness any or all tests, without charge, and include <br />a check for compliance with all requirements set forth in this document and the resulting contract. The <br />supplier will provide reasonable notification to the Project Manager or designee of all tests no less than <br />five (5) business days. <br />2.13 SYSTEM ROLES AND PERMISSIONS &F <br />The City would like to have separate roles and permissions depending on the internal user. At a minimum, <br />similar to: <br />• Standard User: The user can view and edit the content of the information template, such as customer <br />alerts. <br />• Editor: Standard user and the user can add documents, change layout and layout settings, add <br />information to standard or custom templates, and change the source of schedule data from GTFS-RT <br />to GTFS. <br />• Administrator: Editor + the user has the ability to change delegations, restrict or provide access, or <br />add users. <br />2.14 REQUIRED LICENSES <br />Pricing must be provided for full and complete access for a minimum of ten (10) users starting at the <br />initial implementation of the software. The City reserves the right to request additional users throughout <br />the duration of the contract. <br />2.15 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The successful supplier will be responsible for the following: <br />• System configuration, if applicable. <br />Page 15 of 42 <br />
