(RGI) has prepared this Geotechnical Engineering Report(GER) <br /> for the above-referenced site. Our services were completed in accordance with our proposal <br /> PRP2019-272A dated December 4, 2019 and authorized by The Kroger Co. on December 6, 2019. <br /> The information in this GER is based on our understanding of the proposed construction, and the <br /> soil and groundwater conditions encountered in the borings completed by RGI at the site on <br /> December 18, 2019. <br /> RGI recommends the project plans and specifications be submitted for a general review so that <br /> RGI may confirm that the recommendations in this GER are interpreted and implemented <br /> properly in the construction documents.
