Please respond to <br />comments in the table's response column provided. If you have any questions regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly <br />contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Abiy Tsegaye, at ATsegaye@everettwa.gov. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works <br />reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments <br />related to this construction permit, or from the Building Reviewer for architectural, structural, or other types of drawings. <br />Resubmittal: Please send your electronic resubmittal to ATsegaye @eve rettwa.pov (email with a downloadable link to the electronic files). For more <br />instructions, see our permit application submittal & re -submittal Instructions (PDF). Lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am — 3:00pm. <br />Required resubmittal items are as outlined below: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet (PDF) for your use upon resubmittal. <br />ii. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments. <br />iii. SWPPP: Revised SWPPP report. <br />iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form <br />must be notarized. Typically submitted just before permit issuance. This will be a signed, unrecorded document, of which we will keep a <br />copy and issue the original with the permits for the owner to record prior to construction final. <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works <br />Permit Fee. <br />
