Off -Site Analysis
A study area map has been provided as Figure 2.4 that displays the site boundaries, general
direction of flows leaving the site and the existing storm and sewer infrastructure. Available
information on this stie indicates that this site is located outside of any floodplain. The site is not in
immediate vicinity of any wetlands or within the immediate vicinity of any fish bearing streams. Up-
stream of the site appear to primarily consist of commercial developments, with runoff from the
upstream developments do not enter the site. The upstream runoff appears to discharge into the
existing stormwater conveyance system before entering the sewer main. The conveyance system
downstream of the site consists of a network of storm pipes and catch basins located within the
parking lot. The conveyance systems appear to flow north, entering the sewer main. Problems were
not observed within this conveyance system and are not anticipated to occur with the proposed
development due the decrease of net impervious surfaces.
Flow Control Calculations
Not applicable to this project since there is not a net increase of 200 square feet or more of new
impervious surface, nor does the project plan to convert a quarter of an acres or more of native
vegetation, pasture, scrub/shrub, or unmaintained non-native vegetation to lawn or landscape.
Conveyance Pipe Sizing
See attached WWHM report, Figure 2.6 for design flowrates and attached spread sheet, Figure 2.7,
for pipe conveyance calculations.
Drainage Design Plan
See the attached drainage plan, Figure 2.8, to see the proposed storm drain and catch basins.
Operation and Maintenance
See attached 2019 SWMMWW Operation and Maintenance manual for catch basin, Figure 2.9.
Maintenance Covenant
Not applicable since this proposed development does not propose any stormwater facilities.
20996.002-SSP.doc
