1 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE <br /> Section 10 : CITY CLERK DEPARTIVEYT. <br /> There shall be the following named deputies and <br /> assistants in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit : <br /> One Deputy City Clerk; One ;stenographer-Clerk; <br /> One or more Registration Clerks (part time ) ; One Clerk (part <br /> time ; one License Inspector. <br /> It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and <br /> assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of <br /> the City Clerk under the authority and direction of the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> Section 11: CITY COI :?ISSIONER DEPLRTP; NT. <br /> There shall be the following named assistants in the <br /> City Commissioner Department , to-wit: <br /> One Stenographer (part time ) ; One Relief Stenogrephe <br /> (part time )O <br /> It shall be the duty of such assistants to perform <br /> the duties pertaining to said Department under the direction of <br /> the City Commissioners of the City of Everett . <br /> Section 12: CITY TREASURER DEPART'=farm. <br /> There shall be the following named deputies and <br /> assistants in the office of the City 'treasurer, to-wit: <br /> One Deputy City Treasurer; One Assistant Deputy City <br /> Treasurer; One 'deter Cashier; One Clerk-Bookkeeper; One <br /> Assisatnt 'pater Cashier;One General Clerk and one Parking <br /> Meter Inspector. <br /> It shall be the duty of such officers , deputies and <br /> assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of <br /> the City Treasurer as the City Treasurer shall authorize and <br /> direct. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY <br /> Section 13: HEALTH DEPARTAENT. <br /> There shall be the following named officers and <br /> assistants in the Health Department , to-wit: <br /> One Health Officer (part time ) ; One Deputy Health <br /> Officer; One Milk Inspector; One Assistant Sanitary Inspector <br /> (part time ) ; One Meet Inspector (part time ) end One Stenographe ' <br /> (part time) . <br /> It shall be the duty of slch officers and assistants <br /> to perform the duties pertaining to said department under the <br /> direction of the Health Officer and the Commissioner of Safety. <br /> -3- <br />
