<br />GENERAL PROJECT NOTES
<br />1. THE LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN IS APPROXIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE

<br />CITY OF EVERETT UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
<br />6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CURRENT COPY OF THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF
<br />TRANSPORTATION (WSDOT) STANDARD PLANS AND THE 2018 EDITION OF THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE
<br />AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION (PUBLICATIONS M21-01 AND M41-10).
<br />7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO PREVENT UTILITY INTERRUPTION. NOTIFY THE
<br />APPROPRIATE OWNER(S) ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE OF EACH UTILITY CONNECTION.
<br />6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL AND SHALL COORDINATE ACTIVITIES WITH
<br />THE CITY OF EVERETT, THE OWNER AND ENGINEER A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE BEGINNING

<br />1. APPROVAL OF THE EROSION/SEDIMENTATION CONTROL (ESC) PLAN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN APPROVAL OF
<br />PERMANENT ROAD OR DRAINAGE DESIGN (E.G. SIZE AND LOCATION OF ROADS, PIPES, RESTRICTORS, CHANNELS,
<br />RETENTION FACILITIES, UTILITIES).
<br />2. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE ESC PLANS AND THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT, AND
<br />UPGRADING OF THESE ESC FACILITIES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR UNTIL ALL CONSTRUCTION IS

<br />5. THE DEVELOPER OR THE DEVELOPER'S AUTHORIZED AGENT SHALL NOTIFY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF A
<br />PERSON WHO CAN BE CONTACTED REGARDING PROBLEMS DURING CONSTRUCTION ON A 24 HOUR BASIS.

<br />POLLUTION PREVENTION NOTES
<br />1. EQUIPMENT LUBRICATION AND FUELING OPERATIONS SHALL OCCUR AT AN APPROVED OFF -SITE LOCATION.
<br />2, PREVENT OILS AND FUELS FROM ENTERING THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH PROPER CONTAINMENT DEVICES.
<br />3. SPILL CLEANUP PROCEDURES SHALL BE POSTED ON -SITE. IN CASE OF A SPILL THAT MAY ENTER GROUNDWATER,
<br />SURFACE WATER, OR STORM DRAIN SYSTEM, CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR'S CESCL LEAD. SPILLS SHALL BE
<br />CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY AND CONTAMINATED MATERIAL DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
<br />4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PREVENT ALL MATERIAL USED OR GENERATED ON -SITE FROM ENTERING THE STORM

<br />6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO CONTROL AND MINIMIZE FUGITIVE DUST EMISSIONS

<br />DEMOLITION
<br />1. REMOVE ALL DELETERIOUS MATERIAL FOUND ON -SITE INCLUDING VEGETATION, SCRAP WOOD, TRASH, ETC. AND
<br />DISPOSE OF AT AN APPROVED OFF -SITE LOCATION.
<br />2. DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BUILDINGS, UTILITIES, VEHICLES, FENCING, OR
