THE CONTRACTOR SHALL <br />PERFORM THE TV INSPECTION AND PROVIDE A CD OF THE VIDEO TO EVERETT PERMIT SERVICES TO BE REVIEWED BY <br />THE CITY SEWER AND DRAINAGE DIVISION. ANY DEFICIENCIES NOTED BY THE TV CAMERA INSPECTION SHALL BE <br />CORRECTED TO THE STATISFACTION OF THE CITY UTILITIES DIVISION. <br />IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTACTOR TO FURNISH MATERIALS AND INSTALL MONUMENTS AND <br />CASTINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DRAWINGS AND WHERE DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER. ALL SURVEY WORK SHALL <br />BE PERFORMED BY OR UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION, OF A PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR (PLS) LICENSED IN THE <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON. MONUMENT AND MONUMENT CASE AND COVER SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED PER CITY <br />OF EVERETT STANDARD DRAWING 323 AND 324. EACH MONUMENT SHALL BE RECORDED ON THE CITY'S SURVEY <br />RECORD FORM AND SUBBMITTED WITH THE PROJECT AS—BUILTS. <br />SURVEYING, AS REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT A GIVEN PROJECT PER THE APPROVED PLANS, SHALL BE FURNISHED BY <br />THE DEVELOPER AT NO EXPENSE TO THE CITY. IT IS REQUIRED THAT SURVEY STAKES BE SET FOR NEW CURB AND <br />GUTTER CONSTRUCTION, FOR BOTH HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CONTROL.
