Proposed GSRs will be located within the existing City owned property where the <br />existing Reservoir No. 3 is located. No easements or land acquisition is anticipated as <br />part of this project. <br />7. Engineering Services during Construction are not included in this scope of services. <br />These services will be developed and contracted via a separate amendment, to be <br />prepared during the execution of this scope of services. <br />Scope of Services <br />Task 100 – Project Management <br />Task Objective <br />Monitor, control, and adjust scope (upon mutual agreement), schedule, and budget as well as <br />provide monthly status reporting, accounting, and invoicing and project coordination with the <br />City. <br />Consultant Services <br />1. Create the Project Management Plan (PMP or Project Guide) following issuance of <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP). The PMP will include the project scope, staffing plan, <br />communications information, Quality Management Plan (QMP) and schedule. <br />2. Coordinate and manage the project team. <br />3. Subcontract with and manage project subconsultants. <br />4. Prepare monthly invoices formatted in accordance with contract terms along with status <br />reports describing the following: <br />a) Services completed during the month <br />b) Services planned for the next month <br />c) Needs for additional information <br />d) Scope/schedule/budget issues <br />e) Schedule update and financial status summary <br />f) Provide an estimated cash flow (billing) forecast <br />5. Project Manager will attend monthly project management meetings with the City to <br />review project scope, schedule, and budget issues. <br />6. Conduct monthly telephone conference calls to review status of work in progress and <br />project needs. The calls may include multiple project staff depending upon topic. <br />Microsoft Teams will be used as necessary to share project information. <br />7. Lead and coordinate a project kickoff meeting with the City. <br />8. HDR will conduct a Project Approach and Resource Review (PARR) at project <br />commencement. Review will be by senior engineers not associated with the project. <br />Additionally, HDR will conduct quarterly internal project management review meetings to <br />review progress and quality on client deliverables, determine conformance with the
