<br />City of Everett – Replacement of Reservoir 3 3 Scope of Services <br />project scope, schedule, and budget, and assign the resources required to meet project <br />objectives. <br />9. Implement the QMP by conducting overall quality control reviews and processes for the <br />duration of the project. <br />Client Responsibilities <br />1. Attend project management meetings, conference calls, and project kick-off meeting. <br />2. Coordinate with City staff on attendance at meetings, or for any data requests/needs of <br />the project team. <br />3. Timely processing and payment of invoices. <br />4. Review and process contract change requests and amendments, if needed. <br />Assumptions <br />1. The PMP and QMP are intended for the consultant project team but available to the City <br />upon request. <br />2. Invoices will be HDR standard invoice format. Subconsultant invoices and expense <br />backup will be provided with monthly invoices. <br />3. Project management meetings will be held via video conferencing (i.e., Cisco Webex or <br />Microsoft Teams) at the beginning of each month. Up to four hours of project manager <br />time will be required for each meeting including preparation, attendance, follow-up, and <br />notes. <br />4. Monthly conference calls will be held via video conferencing (i.e., Cisco Webex or <br />Microsoft Teams) at the middle of each month. Up to two hours of project manager time <br />will be required for each meeting including preparation, attendance, follow-up, and <br />notes. <br />5. The Kickoff Meeting will be held in person at the City’s offices with a visit to the <br />Reservoir No. 3 site to follow. This combined effort is assumed to be six hours in length <br />and will be attended in person by up to five Consultant staff members with an additional <br />two hours accounting for travel time. <br />6. A senior engineer, not otherwise involved in the project, will lead a quality control review <br />of documents prior to submittal to the City in accordance with the QMP. The quality <br />review will include up to two Consultant staff members for each deliverable. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Scope of services, schedule (Gantt chart in MS Project format), and budget (PDF <br />format). <br />2. Subconsultant subcontracts (PDF format). <br />3. Project Management Plan (Project Guide) (PDF format). <br />4. Monthly reports and invoices (one copy with invoice, PDF format) <br />5. Monthly project schedule and budget updates (included in monthly project report, PDF <br />format). <br />6. Project management meeting agenda and notes (PDF format).
