How is your utility planning to prioritize funds to support qualifying customers in need? <br />Please choose all that apply. <br /> Customers who have received Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) <br />assistance and/or Low-Income Household Water Assistance (LIHWAP) <br /> Income level <br /> Longest held balances <br /> Largest balances <br /> Renter-held accounts <br /> All customers with qualifying debt <br /> Other <br /> <br />2. Please rank prioritization in the order of which customers will receive funding first: <br />Rank in the order of 1 = the highest priority, 6 = the lowest priority and 0 = does not apply. <br /> Customers who have received Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) <br />assistance and/or Low-Income Household Water Assistance (LIHWAP).* <br /> Income level* <br /> Longest held balances* <br /> Largest balances <br /> Renter-held accounts <br /> All customers with qualifying debt <br /> <br />3. As used within this Contract, “low-income customers” are customers who fall within <br />the Impacted/Disproportionately Impacted table listed below. <br />In this task Grantee will review the current State and Local Recovery Funds (SLRF) guidance for <br />reporting and responsibilities. <br />Review the reporting guidelines within this link: Utility-Moratorium - Washington State Department of <br />Commerce <br />1.
