• <br /> Project: Transit Parking lot expansion <br /> Work Order: UP-3664 <br /> Date: 05-26-2020 <br /> Inspector: Joe Jirak <br /> Project manager: Vince Bruscas/Tom Fuchs <br /> Re: Draft Punchlist <br /> 1) Remove all construction debris generated from the project. <br /> 2) Install debris cage on CB#7 per plan. <br /> 31 Install 3 stop signs nor plan (drawing PV1 shoot 20) <br /> 4) Remove painted arrows per plan (drawing SP1 sheet 5 callout 35). <br /> 5) Remove and replace bulb section of curb has indicated in the attached email sent 4-22-2020. <br /> Pave asphalt around new curb. <br /> 6) Install 20 bike-lid racks has marked in the field. <br /> 7) Hookup irrigation system (H20 & Electrical),test DCVA. <br /> 8) Complete electrical system (approximately 95%complete,waiting on PUD for meter drop). <br /> 9) Installed new 8'anti climb fence. <br /> 10) Remove temporary chain link fence once the project is completed. <br /> 11) Remove catch basin inlet protection once the project is completed. <br /> 12) Provide as-built survey data to the city of Everett <br /> 14) Install new lid, ring and cover on storm filter manhole and pre-treatment manhole. Pave around <br /> pre-treatment manhole and replace curb(already removed). <br />
