As soon as you have completed all the <br /> items on the punch list, a final inspection will be performed. <br /> Once all punch list items are completed a letter of Physical Completion <br /> will be forwarded to Rodarte Construction, Inc. Once project is <br /> Physically Complete, a Final Estimate and a Final Contract Voucher will <br /> be forwarded for your review& signature. <br /> This project will be submitted to the City Council for approval and Final <br /> Acceptance once the following items have been received by our office: <br /> 1. Request to Sublet and Subcontract Agreements for all <br /> Subcontractors. <br /> 2. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall submit to the City of <br /> Everett, and to the Department of Labor and Industries, a "Statement of <br /> Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages and an Affidavit of Wages Paid <br /> Document." <br /> 3. Our office must have received a letter from the Contractor, on the <br /> Contractor's letterhead, stating the all bills and wages have been paid on <br /> this project. <br /> Public Works The retainage bond will be released provided all the conditions stated <br /> 3200 Cedar Street below have been met. <br /> V Everett,WA 98201 <br /> 1.
