Amendment Purpose <br />This Amendment serves to modify Sections 2 and 4 of the Special Terms and Conditions of Grant <br />Agreement GRT22020. The Grant Award Amount for the 2022-2023 cycle is increased by $10,888.98 per <br />the City's Supplemental Training Funds Application for a total of $100,888.98. There will be a one-time <br />disbursement of $10,888.98 for the City. The purpose of the additional training funds ($10,888.98) is <br />solely for funding of public defender training. Furthermore, the OPD Representative is updated to <br />replace Katrin Johnson with Geoffrey Hulsey. <br />The Washington State Office of Public Defense and Grantee, as defined above, acknowledge and accept <br />the change described in section 7 of this Amendment.
