A lot of work has went Into
getting to this point of the project and I appreciate the feedback that's been given with the future bike lane, our Initial
design ideas, and various other questions I've reached out about.
Attached are (3) options with the hope that the City is able r0 choose a preferred one for us to continue with and
provide any feedback on changes you'd like to see. On all 3 options the concept of the EV parking stalls are the same.
They all include parallel stalls with a flush curb and a clear access isle of any obstructions. Each option also includes a
new catch basin making connection to the existing sewer tap from a previous Sni project. Going with parallel stalls
not only allows for better reach of the EV charging cords, it also allows for less destruction to the road, allows for easier
access to the chargers, improves the visibility of the stop sign which is a problem we've discussed in the past, and will
potentially work better with the future bike lane.
Where you'll find differences between the options are where the streetlight and tree wells will be relocated. I've
received feedback from Kelsey Heyd on the original permit application citing EMC 19.35.060 which requires the trees
2
