The challenge with <br />having the trees less than thirty feet apart is that the accessible aisle for the chargers must be clear of any obstructions. <br />The "average" part is still unclear to me as it could be the average of all tree wells on California (in front of the PUD <br />building) or the average of the tree wells being moved.
