I want to first give you a project update and then I'll address the comments below. Project Update: After submitting the permit application below we discovered that our proposed design was not meeting all ADA guidelines that should be considered. Since then we've went back to the drawing board and were going to propose a new design to take in account ADA guidelines for Electric Vehicle stalls. I've been working with Ryan Sass and Corey Hert since the start of this project and we'll continue to do that for any comments/wncerns. I'm about ready to send 90%drawings to them again for review and if all goes well you should see the permit application resubmittal soon. Street and sidewalk improvements: I'll make sure to include street and sidewalk improvements on the drawings when we resubmit or show that separate. The reason they aren't on there Is because our Internal PUD facilities team was going to do any landscaping related work and not the Contractor that will be awarded. More to come on this, I'll dig deeper into the design standards and ensure we're planning on meeting them.
