March 15, 2023 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> <br />Executive Director Lori Cummings had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent item: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7871 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,021,520.99 for the period of February 25, 2023 through March 3, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7872 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,095,089.91 for the period ending February 25, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7873 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $8,656,485.93 for the period of January 1, 2023 through January 31, 2023. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS – INDUCTIVE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE FIELD INSTALLATION PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize a Call for Bids for the Inductive Charging Infrastructure Field Installation Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – WILDFIRE AND OTHER EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement with Washington State Department <br />of Natural Resources for Wildfire and other Emergency Response at no cost to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
