.4 - .. • Eli vehicles in which meat is transported shall be maintained in E clean and sanitary condition, end cleaned daily, and all meat transported in other than closed vehicles shall be adequately covered. It shall be unlawful to offer for sale any uncooked meat on the first day of the week , commonly knarn as Sunday . It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corpora- tion to sell, offer for sale or expose for sale the meat of any animal (except poultry or game ) intended for human cons mp sution, or to have in his possession at any meat shop, defined in Section 1 Subsection (e) of' this Ordinance, the meat of any animal, finless the same has been inspected end passed and approved oy En inspector of the City of Everett, or unless the meat bears the stamp Iv rk or tag indication of inspection by the Bureau of' Animal Industries of the Department of n.p;ri culture of the United States, or the Depe,rtnent of Agriculture of the State of 'viashington, or any City of the State of ,.leshington so long as the inspection of such meat is made by said bureau, department or city under regulations like those contained herein.
