.4 - .. <br /> • <br /> Eli vehicles in which meat is transported shall be <br /> maintained in E clean and sanitary condition, end cleaned daily, <br /> and all meat transported in other than closed vehicles shall <br /> be adequately covered. <br /> It shall be unlawful to offer for sale any uncooked <br /> meat on the first day of the week , commonly knarn as Sunday . <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corpora- <br /> tion to sell, offer for sale or expose for sale the meat of <br /> any animal (except poultry or game ) intended for human cons <br /> mp sution, or to have in his possession at any meat shop, <br /> defined in Section 1 Subsection (e) of' this Ordinance, the <br /> meat of any animal, finless the same has been inspected end <br /> passed and approved oy En inspector of the City of Everett, or <br /> unless the meat bears the stamp Iv rk or tag indication of <br /> inspection by the Bureau of' Animal Industries of the Department <br /> of n.p;ri culture of the United States, or the Depe,rtnent of <br /> Agriculture of the State of 'viashington, or any City of the State <br /> of ,.leshington so long as the inspection of such meat is made <br /> by said bureau, department or city under regulations like those <br /> contained herein.
