Section 5: CIVIL S.2-tVICE DEPAR.T1',IE TT. There shall be in the Civil Service Department the following named officers: One Secretary (part time ) and one or more Assistant xaminers and office assistants (pert time) The Secretary, Assistant Examiners and office assistants shall perform such duties as the Civil Service Commission shall authorize and direct. Section 6 : POLICE COURT DEPARTP. NT. There shell be in the Police Court Deeartment the following named officer: One Clerk of the Court (part time ) , who shall perform the duties pertaining to his office. Section 7: PARK DLTARTI'31 T. There shall be in the office of the Park Department the following named officers and assistants , to -wit : One Superintendent; One Foreman; One Assistant Fore- man; Two Gardeners; Seven laborers; One Secretary (part tine ) , and One or more seasonal workers (pert time ) . The Park Department shall be under the general charge and supervision of the Park Superintendent. The other assistant and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the r ture of their office and as authorized and directed by the Park Superint endent . DLTARTIZINT OF FINANCE Section 8: CITY CT.-ARK DEPART?TNT There shall be the following: named deputies and assistants in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit: One Deputy City Clerk ; One Stenographer-Clerk, and one or more Clerks (part time) . It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the City Clerk under the authority and direction of the City Clerk. Section 9: CITY TREASURER DITAR7=T.T.
