s • . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Section 18: CITY ENGINEER DE'ARTHENT. There shall be the following named officers, deputies, assistants and employees in the office of the City Engineer, to-wit : One City Engineer (pert time ) ; One Principal Assi stant City Engineer; One Assistant City Engineer; One Transitrua.n ; One Draftsman ; One Stenographer; One Rodman; one Abstract Clerk (part time ) ; One or mare Head. Chairmen (pert tine ) ; One or I.Rore Rear Chairmen (past t ire ) and One or more Inspectors (part time ) . Said officers, assistants and employees shall perform the duties indicated by the name of their respective employment and such other duties as the City Engineer shall, from time to time , authorize and direct. Section 19: INSPECTION DEPAR'1VENT. There shall be the following named officers and employees in the Inspection Department, to-wit : One Building Inspector; One Electrical Inspector (part t ire ) and One Office Clerk (part time ) . It shall be the duty of such officers and employees to perform the duties relating to such offices as defined by the ordinances of such city, and such other duties as the Commission=r of Public Works shall authorize and direct.
