• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> (17) Stone Monument Jdorks. <br /> (18) Public garages, service stations ; provided, <br /> however, public garages and service stations r;Ey <br /> be allowed by special permit after approval by <br /> the Corimission after public hearing and examina- <br /> tion of the location, upon due proof that such <br /> public garage or service station will not be <br /> unduly detri ntal to adjacent and surrounding <br /> property and to the public in the matter of <br /> ��II fire or traffic ha zards, or noise or vibration. <br /> 3 � (19) Open air used car lots. <br /> (20) All uses requiring aspecval permit within the <br /> M-1, Manufacturing One District listed under <br /> M-1 as prohibited. <br /> (21) All junk yards, auto wrecking yards and other <br /> places storing salvage ma terial are hereby <br /> declared to be a nuisance and shall not be per- <br /> mitted in this or any R-1, Residential One <br /> District ; R-2, Residential Two District or C-1, <br /> Commercial One District , and within Two (2) . <br /> years from the date of the passage of this <br /> ordinance all such junk yards, auto wrecking <br /> yards and other salvage depots shall be removed <br /> from the above areas. <br /> I-EIGHT LITTIT: No building shall exceed a height limit <br /> of Sixty-five (65) feet nor Six (6) stories. <br /> REAR YiPD: No rear yard is required except where a <br /> Commercial District abuts on a Residential District with no <br /> intervening street or alley, in which case a rear yard of not <br /> less than ten (10 ) feet is required. <br /> SIDE YLRD: No side yard is required except where <br /> a Commercial District adjoins a Residential District with no <br /> intervening street or alley, in which case the side yard re- <br /> quirements on the adjoining side shall be the same es required <br /> for the Residential District, namely, Five (5) feet. <br /> Section 8. M-1, Manufacturing One District. <br /> In the M-1, Manufacturing One District all buildings <br /> and premises may be used for the following : <br /> 1. I ny use permitted in the Residential Districts, <br /> provided regulations pertaining th ereto , a s hereto fore provided, <br /> are complied with, namely: site areas, open spaces, yards, <br /> height limit End permits, etc . <br /> 2. Any use listed under C-1 and C-2, Corranercial <br /> Districts. <br /> -9- <br />
