• • • • • ±,KONT YARD, SIDE YARD: No yards are required except for lots whose side line is adjacent to a residential district , in which event said side yard shall then be five ( 5) feet in width. Section 7 . C-2, ComriBrcial Two Distri ct: In the C-2, Commercial Two District all buildings and premises, except as otherwise providedr in this ordinance, may be used for the following: 1. Any use permitted in the Residential Districts , provided regulations pertaining thereto, a s heretofore provided, are complied with, namely: site area , open spaces , yards, height limit and permits. 2. Any use listed under C-1, Commrcial One District. 3. Any other use except the following : (1) Auto wrecking yards. (2) Blacksmith or horse shoeing shop. (3) Bottling works , unless bottling of soft drinks only. (4) Building me terial storage yard, unless enclosed by sight obscuring fence. (5) Carting, express or hauling storage yard, unless enclosed by sight obscuring fence. (6) Cereal Mills. ( 7) Contractor' s plant or storage yard, un- less enclosed by sight obscuring fence. (8) Coal, coke or wood yard, unless enclosed by si ght obscuring fence . ( 9 ) Cooperage works. (10 ) Dyeing and cleaning works. (11) Flour or feed mill. )12) Grain elevators. (13) Ice plant or storage house of more than five (5) tons capacity. (14) Livery stable . (15) Lunt er bra rd, unless enclosed by sight obscuring fence . (16) Machine shop (provided, however, that machine shops may be allowed by special permit issued by the Commission after public hearing and examination of the location, upon due proof to the satis- faction of the Uommission that such machine shop will not be unduly detri- mental to adja cent and surrounding property by the emission of dust, noise or vibration) . -8-
