Box 1243 <br />Marysville WA 98270 <br />Attim Paul Bustard <br />425-876-6551 <br />paultbustard(a amail.com <br />On March 7, 2022, Asbesto-Test personnel conducted an Asbestos survey (per <br />U.S.E.P.A./A.H.E.R.A.. guidelines (as designated and specified by Puget Sound Clean Air Agency <br />and Washington State) of the vacant house located (a, 9530 holly Dr., Everett, Snohomish County, <br />Washineton 98204. This survey's purpose is to identify Asbestos Containing Materials that are <br />present and will require professional removal prior to a complete tear down. <br />NARRATIVE OF FINDINGS <br />BASIC CONSTRUCTION: The structure is a single -story, wood framed structure, on a concrete <br />foundation. The siding is wood with some brick and mortar. The exterior brick and mortar materials were <br />sampled. The vapor barrier under the wood shingle siding was also sampled. The rooting is composition. <br />The composition roofing, mastics, and roofing vapor barrier materials were sampled. <br />INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION, FINISHES, AND FLOORINGS: The interior is drywall, and <br />wood. The drywall/taping were sampled. The vinyl and tile flooring with the relating backing and mastic <br />materials were sampled. The kitchen floor the is ACM. The misc. mastic materials were sampled.
