Any suspect asbestos containing electrical vi,iring insulation or any suspect TSI <br />(Thermal System Insulation) found in, around, or behind any locatedfuse or breaker boxes should be <br />considered to be AC.V (Asbestos Containing Material), unless determined otherwise by laboratoryy <br />analysis. <br />HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM: Heating throughout is baseboard / wall electric. There <br />was no visible suspect ACM located associated with any of the electric heating units. It was not possible <br />to dismantle the electric heating uttits to locate and/or evaluate any additional suspect ACM which may be <br />concealed, inside the units, or associated in hidden areas. It is our opinion any further handling of the <br />heating units should be coordinated by the project manager and/or abatement contractor. If any additional <br />relating suspect ACM is located prior to and/or during any demolition or renovation, those materials are <br />PALM (Presumed Asbestos Containing Material), unless determined to be otherwise by laboratory <br />analysis. <br />There is also a fireplace in the house.
